Photographing Paulina Escanes’s second restaurant at Liberty Square, I was drawn to the way the curved walls soften the space’s unusual triangular geometry. As you move through the restaurant, these forms create a natural rhythm between more open views and intimate seating areas, offering constantly changing perspectives to explore.
